I don't even live here (2007-01-08)

Do you remember Mr. G who gave his 3-minute testimony in FB on 12/17/06?  Since then his room has been turned into a counseling room.  People were touched by his testimony and has been going to him for spiritual counsel.  Read his story below.  Who would have guessed that he would be of such blessings to others that day he was hand-cuffed.

Mr. G came from Canada and he has four children. His eldest son was paralyzed in an accident at the age of 10.  Soon after that they lost their house.  Mr. G decided that he would do anything to earn money to provide for his family.  He got involved in some illegal off-shore banking business and made a lot of money.  He stopped after a few years.

His son grew up and had a hard time finding a mate because of his disability.  Finally he found his mate through eHarmony.  His wife-to-be actually prayed that she would be willing to marry someone on a wheel chair and she would still love him dearly.

Mr. G flew down for their wedding with his family.  At the border, Mr. G was hand-cuffed for the crime he committed long time ago.  He was offered a bail, but he did not have enough money for it.  Eventually his daughter-in-law's dad provided the bail money.  So Mr. G was able to attend the wedding.

He also started to read one of his wife's favorite books on humility.  And he realized how prideful he has been in his life.  He knew he had to pay for what he had done wrong.  He reported to court and was sentenced for 10 months.  He is now serving time in FDC and he is totally ok with it.  In fact his soul is so free that he said in joyful tears, "I don't even live here."
